$500 | Setup + Post-Event Breakdown
Enjoy your celebration without spending your event day setting everything up—or staying behind afterward to take it all down.
This service is designed for DIY hosts who have planned and purchased their own décor but want ASE to professionally set up the space and return after the event to break down the décor.
Your service includes:
Up to 2 hours of pre-event décor setup
Events up to 50 guests
Placement of client-provided tablescape décor
Welcome, gift, dessert, and favor table setup
Placement of signage and decorative accents
Final room styling
Return after the event for décor breakdown
Packing client-owned décor into client-provided containers
Not included: event planning, event management, balloon installation or removal, janitorial services, trash removal, venue cleaning, heavy furniture movement, rental returns, vendor management, or transportation/storage of client-owned décor.
Additional labor or time requires a custom quote.
Event date, location, setup access time, and breakdown time must be approved by ASE prior to purchase. Travel fees may apply outside the standard service area.
